Biography

I LOVE PLAYING WITH LIGHT
AND PUTTING PAINT ON CANVAS

When I was a little girl, I wanted to be an artist when I grew up. All I ever wanted to do was to paint, draw, and make pretty things. It has taken me fifty years, but I'm finally comfortable saying, "I am an artist".        I guess I'm all grown up now.
I live in Asheville, NC and love the beautiful vistas the mountains offer. My inspiration comes from the way light plays off of a subject. My favorite things to paint are animals that are dramatically lit.
